Clean Eyes & Lash Baths

Please arrive with squeaky clean lashes. Lash lifts/tints require a clean, oil-free surface.

If you arrive with mascara or any eye makeup residue, a $10 Lash Bath fee will be added to your appointment. If you know you will need a Lash Bath before your service, please book it online in advance or contact me so I can add it to your appointment.

Appointment Etiquette

No gum, caffeine, or phone calls, please.

Caffeine can cause fluttery eyes, making lifting lashes difficult. Please avoid caffeine before your appointment.

Please also keep your phone on silent during your service. Once the service has started, you will not be able to open your eyes, and I will not be able to see who is calling or messaging you.

Lash Lift Late Arrival Policy

Lash lifts are a time-sensitive service that require precise processing times to achieve safe, consistent, and beautiful results. Because appointments are booked back-to-back, arriving late can affect the timing of your service as well as the appointments scheduled after yours.

The latest I can accept a client for a lash lift is 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. However, contacting me does not guarantee that I will be able to accommodate the appointment.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, I may not be able to perform the service and the appointment may need to be cancelled. In this situation, the applicable cancellation fee will still be charged.

For new clients especially, I need enough time for our consultation, to properly assess your lashes and determine the appropriate processing time. Starting a lash lift late can compromise the timing of the service and cause the rest of the day's appointments to run behind.

Please plan to arrive on time so there is enough time to complete your service properly and safely.

If you are more than 5 minutes late, please understand that I may not be able to take you and you will be charged according to my cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that schedules change and unexpected things come up. These policies are in place to protect reserved appointment times and ensure that my limited availability remains fair to all clients.

• 24 or more hours before your appointment:
  You may cancel without a cancellation fee.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice:
  A 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply.

• Same-day cancellation:
  A 100% charge of the scheduled service will apply.

• No-show:
  A 100% charge of the scheduled service will apply.The cancellation fee is based on the amount of notice provided for that individual appointment.

Please note that repeated cancellations, even when made more than 24 hours in advance, may be considered a pattern of frequent cancellations and may result in penalties or restrictions on future bookings. This may include requiring a non-refundable deposit for future appointments or limiting the ability to book future appointments.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled once per booking without penalty, provided the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. While I understand that schedules can change, repeated rescheduling, even when more than 24 hours' notice is provided, can prevent other clients from booking those openings.

If a client develops a pattern of frequent rescheduling, a non-refundable deposit may be required for future appointments.

When a Deposit Is Required

• The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the appointment when the client attends their scheduled appointment.

• If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after a deposit has been required, the deposit will be forfeited, even when more than 24 hours' notice is provided.

• A new deposit may be required to book another appointment.

A repeated pattern of rescheduling, cancellations, or missed appointments may result in limitations or restrictions on future bookings, including the possibility of declining future appointments.

New clients may be subject to this policy more strictly, as a consistent booking history has not yet been established.
