Classic lashes are ideal for clients with a healthy amount of natural lashes who want added length and definition without the fullness of Volume or Hybrid extensions. Depending on your natural lash count and desired style, Classic lashes can be customized from soft and natural to more noticeable and defined.

Hybrid
The Hybrid Full Set is a combination of both Classic and Volume lash techniques, creating the perfect balance of definition and fullness. This style is a great option for clients who want more volume than a Classic set but prefer a softer, more natural look than a full Volume set.
Hybrid lashes are perfect for adding fullness to sparse areas, filling in gaps, or creating a textured, dimensional lash line. They are also a great choice if you’re unsure whether Classic or Volume is right for you.
The result is the beautiful definition of Classic lashes combined with the added fullness and fluffiness of Volume fans. This versatile style can be customized from soft and natural to more dramatic, depending on your desired look.

Volume
A Volume Full Set is created by applying handmade, customized fans made up of multiple ultra-lightweight lash extensions to each healthy natural lash. This technique creates a fuller, fluffier, and more dramatic look while still feeling lightweight and comfortable.
Volume lashes are perfect for clients who love a glamorous look, as well as those with sparse lashes or gaps who want to create the appearance of greater fullness. Every fan is handcrafted and customized to the length and strength of each individual natural lash, ensuring a beautiful, balanced, and healthy application.

Lash Bath
A lash bath is required if you arrive wearing mascara for a lash lift, lash lift & tint, lash tint, or eyelash extension appointment. Clean lashes are essential for proper product adhesion and processing, and services cannot be performed over mascara or makeup.
A lash bath is a deep cleansing treatment for your eyelash extensions and natural lashes. Keeping your lashes clean is essential to help prevent infection, irritation, allergies, clogged follicles, premature lash loss, and poor extension retention. This service gently removes dirt, oil, makeup, and debris buildup, leaving your lashes squeaky clean and refreshed.
A lash bath is perfect for anyone who wears lash extensions and isn't comfortable washing them at home, or for those who have had extensions on for an extended period and need a thorough deep clean. It is especially recommended immediately before a lash fill to ensure the best possible retention.

Lash Removal
If you haven't naturally shed your lash extensions, please do not try to remove them yourself. Picking or pulling at your extensions can pull out your natural lashes and cause unnecessary damage.
During your lash removal, I apply a professional gel remover specifically designed to safely weaken the adhesive bond. The gel is left on for approximately 5–10 minutes to allow the adhesive to break down. Once the extensions have released, I perform several gentle lash baths to thoroughly cleanse away any remaining remover and adhesive residue. Your lashes are then carefully blown dry, leaving your natural lashes clean, healthy, and ready for your next service—or simply extension-free with no damage to your natural lashes.

Policies
Clean Eyes & Lash Baths
Please arrive with squeaky clean lashes. Lash extensions require a clean, oil-free surface to properly adhere.
If you arrive with mascara or any eye makeup residue, a $10 Lash Bath fee will be added to your appointment. If you know you will need a Lash Bath before your service, please book it online in advance or contact me so I can add it to your appointment.
Extensions will not properly adhere to dirty lashes and may result in premature shedding, even as soon as the next day. A proper cleanse is essential for achieving the best retention and results.
Appointment Etiquette
No gum, caffeine, or phone calls, please.
Caffeine can cause fluttery eyes, making lashing difficult and, in some cases, impossible. Please avoid caffeine before your appointment.
Please also keep your phone on silent during your service. Once the service has started, you will not be able to open your eyes, and I will not be able to see who is calling or messaging you.
Lash Extension Late Arrival Policy
Please plan ahead and allow extra time for parking, traffic, transportation, or any other delays so you can arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. Since I am typically booked back-to-back, I may not have extra time available to extend your appointment.
You will still be charged for the full service originally booked, regardless of your arrival time.
Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that schedules change and unexpected things come up. These policies are in place to protect reserved appointment times and ensure that my limited availability remains fair to all clients.
24 or more hours before your appointment:
You may cancel without a cancellation fee.Less than 24 hours’ notice:
A 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply.Same-day cancellation:

The cancellation fee is based on the amount of notice provided for that individual appointment.
Please note that repeated cancellations, even when made more than 24 hours in advance, may be considered a pattern of frequent cancellations and may result in penalties or restrictions on future bookings. This may include requiring a non-refundable deposit for future appointments or limiting the ability to book future appointments.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled once per booking without penalty, provided the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. While I understand that schedules can change, repeated rescheduling, even when more than 24 hours' notice is provided, can prevent other clients from booking those openings.
If a client develops a pattern of frequent rescheduling, a non-refundable deposit may be required for future appointments.
When a Deposit Is Required
The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the appointment when the client attends their scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after a deposit has been required, the deposit will be forfeited, even when more than 24 hours' notice is provided.
A new deposit may be required to book another appointment.
A repeated pattern of rescheduling, cancellations, or missed appointments may result in limitations or restrictions on future bookings, including the possibility of declining future appointments.
New clients may be subject to this policy more strictly, as a consistent booking history has not yet been established.
